10 oz. Serving
Mix 1 scoop (1 ½ oz.) with 8 oz. of hot water.
12 oz. Serving
Mix 1-½ scoops with 12 oz. of hot water.
HOT CHAI LATTE BARRISTA RECIPE
12 oz. Serving
Froth 3 oz. of milk with 5-7 oz. hot water, mix 1 scoop Big Train Chai, stir rapidly, pour into
12 oz. mug and sprinkle with cinnamon.
16 oz. Serving
Froth 4 oz. of milk with 7-9 oz. hot water, mix 1-½ scoops of Big Train Chai, stir rapidly,
pour into 16 oz. mug and sprinkle with cinnamon.
BLENDED ICED CHAI
16 oz. Serving
Pour 5 oz. hot water into blender. Add 1-½ scoops of Big Train Chai. Add 12 oz. of ice.
Blend until smooth.
ICED CHAI LATTE
12 oz. Serving
Mix 1 scoop Big Train Chai with 4 oz. hot water, pour over rounded 12 oz. cup of ice,
then add 1 oz. cold milk and serve.
16 oz. Serving
Mix 1 ½ scoops Big Train Chai with 5 oz. hot water, pour over rounded 16oz. cup of ice,
then add 2 oz. of cold milk and serve.
HOT APPLE SPICED CHAI
12 oz. Serving
Steam 10 oz. of hot Apple Juice, add 1 ½ scoops Big Train Chai, Stir well, top with whipped cream.
