Shipping/Returns

PLEASE READ: DaVinci Gourmet sugar free syrups may freeze and the bottles may break if left outside in sub-freezing weather. If you are shipping to an address that may be below freezing, please note that shipping may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. We recommend shipping your order to a commercial business address or have someone present to accept delivery to help reduce risk of freeze damage.

Business Orders Shipping

For all “Ground” orders, Big Train will use “best method” and may use different carriers including but not limited to UPS. If expedited shipping options are selected, such as “overnight”, UPS will be the carrier. Order status and tracking information can be viewed online in “My Account”. Big Train does not ship online orders to other countries outside of the US at this time. All orders submitted after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the following Business Day. See below for details on returns. Note: At our discretion, Big Train may assess a Restocking Fee up to 25%.

Home Orders Shipping

For Home orders, Big Train uses UPS for shipping in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) and limited US Territories only. Big Train does not ship online orders to other countries at this time. To purchase Big Train products internationally, please contact Big Train customer Service at (800) BIG TRAIN (244-8724) or email us at BigTrainIntl@kerry.com to inquire about distributors in other countries. All orders submitted after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the following Business Day.

Big Train offers UPS SurePost services for Home orders in the contiguous United States, certain US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, and Puerto Rico), P.O. Boxes, and military/government APO’s/FPO’s. SurePost is a service by UPS whereby final delivery is completed by the US Postal Service®. (For more information go here. Please provide 2 – 7 business days for shipments within the United States and up to 10 business days for US Territories and APO’s/FPO’s when selecting UPS SurePost.
